Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to children aged 14 years & under who are resident in the UK. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
2. Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form, available through the QR code on the Bill's Kids' Menu or directly via the Kids landing page on our website. Entries submitted by any other method, including directly to a Bill's restaurant, will not be accepted.
3. Only digital uploads of artwork will be accepted. Physical drawings cannot be accepted or returned.
4. To enter, the parent or legal guardian must complete the online entry form. By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian confirms they are the child's parent or legal guardian and have permission to enter the competition on the child's behalf.
5. Parents or guardians may choose to opt in to receive Bill's marketing emails during the entry process. Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not required to enter the competition. Guests may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Friday 2nd October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
7. Each child may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is submitted separately through the online entry form.
8. Entries must be the child's own original work.
9. Bill's reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that is incomplete, offensive, inappropriate, copied from another source or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
10. Following the closing date, Bill's will select the best entries based on creativity, originality & suitability for the Bill's Bunch brand.
11. Each winning entry will receive a £500 Bill's digital gift voucher, which will be sent to the parent or legal guardian's email address provided on the entry form.
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
13. Bill's may feature the winning character(s) in future Bill's Kids' Books, Kids' Menus, marketing materials, social media, website content and other promotional materials.
14. By entering the competition, the parent or legal guardian grants Bill's Restaurants Ltd permission to reproduce, publish, edit, adapt and use the submitted artwork for the purposes of administering the competition and promoting Bill's, including use in future Bill's Kids' Books, Kids' Menus, marketing materials, social media, website content & other promotional materials.
15. Bill's may credit the child using their first name only. Alternatively, if the parent or legal guardian chooses not to provide the child's name, the entry may remain anonymous.
16. Winners will be contacted by email using the parent or legal guardian's email address provided on the entry form. Bill's Marketing Team will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner to provide their prize. Bill's is not responsible if a winner provides incorrect contact details.
17. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Bill's reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
18. Employees of Bill's Restaurants Ltd, its suppliers, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
19. Bill's reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

1. To enter the Promotion, purchase a Design Your Own Pancake from the Bill's Kids' Menu, create your own pancake masterpiece, then post a photo or video of it on Instagram, tagging @billsrestaurant. Entrants must be following @billsrestaurant on Instagram at the time the winner is selected.
2. The Promotion opens on 14th July 2026 and will run on an ongoing basis, with one winner selected at random at the end of each calendar quarter from all eligible entries received during that quarter.
3. Entries will only be included in the quarterly prize draw in which they are submitted and will not roll over into future prize draws. The winner will receive a "You have won!" message via Instagram direct message following the close of the relevant quarterly prize draw. We will not contact the winner through any other channel.
4. If you have won the Prize, you will receive a message via Instagram direct message. You will be asked to provide your email address so Bill's can arrange your Prize.
5. Bill's Marketing Team will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner to provide them with the Prize. Bill's is not responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.
6. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Bill's reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. The Prize is a family day out for up to four people to a UK theme park or attraction of the winner's choice, up to a maximum total value of £400.
8. The chosen attraction must be located within the United Kingdom. If the total value of the selected attraction is less than £400, the remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative.
9. The Prize includes admission tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink, parking & any other associated costs are not included.
10. The Promotion is free to enter and open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Parents or legal guardians must enter on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

1. Dogs need to be leashed, well-behaved and happy to sit on the floor. You must also never leave your pooch unattended at any time.
