Menu

  1. Christmas in January menu available January 2nd to January 25th every day from 11.30am to close.
  2. Menu price from £19.95 varying by location.
  3. Available for any party size that pre-books.
  4. All party sizes choosing this menu will require a credit card to confirm.
  5. If a booking is made less than 7 days ahead of the booking date, we may not be able to honour the Christmas in January menu, but we will do and best and happily offer our regular menu.
  6. Your booking is confirmed once we have received credit card details. Your booking will not be confirmed until these details have been added. Your card will not be charged at this stage. In the event of a cancellation within the 7-day period prior to reservation date, we could be liable to charge up to £10 per person cancellation fee. Should you cancel with more than 7 days before the reservation, you will not be charged.
  7. All parties under 20 are allocated 2 hours on the table. Parties over 20 are allocated 2.5 hours.  Please arrive promptly to ensure you have the maximum time to enjoy your celebration!
  8. Guests are required to pre order meals at least 7 days prior to dining. This will be done via an online link sent to the organisers email.
  9. If someone is ill or cannot make the party, please let us know! You can manage your pre-order up to 48 hours ahead of your booking, but we would still like to know if someone won’t be coming on the day!
  10. We will hold your table for 15 minutes from the time of booking. Should you be running late please let us know.
  11. We can split your party bill up to a maximum of 4 ways.

  1. Dogs need to be leashed, well-behaved and happy to sit on the floor. You must also never leave your pooch unattended at any time.
  2. Dogs are not permitted at our Trafford & Bluewater restaurants.
  3. Dogs are not permitted to sit on chairs or tables, at any time.
  4. Our Dog Menu comprises of treats and snacks in sealed packets. The food is not prepared in our kitchens, it is an external product and is not prepared along with the rest of our menu items.
  5. All our restaurants have designated Dog Free areas for any guests who have allergies or would prefer not to be seated near any dogs. If you would prefer to sit in our Dog Free area, just talk to one of our friendly staff members or request in the comments when making a booking online.
  6. In rare instances where dogs are causing disruption in the restaurant, our staff are obliged to make the owners aware that this behaviour could result in them being asked to leave the restaurant or to sit outside if the behaviour continues.

Bill's Christmas Video Game promotion terms and conditions Bill’s Restaurants Ltd (“Bill’s”, "we", "us" or "our) is offering a Christmas video game promotion (the “Video Game”) offering all entrants a buy one, get one free offer (the “BOGOF Offer”), together with the chance to win a holiday voucher prize worth £2,000 ("Prize") (together, the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you are accepting these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion. By scanning the QR and/or playing the Video Game, you are entering into a binding agreement with Bill's in respect of your use of, and participation in, the Promotion (if any). If you do not agree to all the Terms, Bill's Christmas Video Game Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced in these Terms, you must not use the Promotion. The Video Game has been created in collaboration with a Danish company called Dot Marketing ApS, trading as Dot.vu. Dot.vu provides us with the Video Game and accordingly the use of the Video Game will also be subject to Dot.vu's terms and conditions which can be found here.
  1. Eligibility and duration of Promotion
  2. The Promotion is free to enter and open to persons who are 18 years old or over.
  3. The Promotion is not restricted to UK residents or nationals, but the BOGOF Offer and the Prize can only be redeemed within the UK.
  4. Bill’s employees, suppliers or contractors (or the immediate family members of such persons) are not eligible to win the Prize or participate in the BOGOF Offer.
  5. Other than being a paying customer of a meal at Bill’s, or a guest of a paying customer, there is no requirement to pay for entry into the Promotion. The cost of the meal does not include and is in no way increased to reflect the costs of participation in the Promotion.
  6. Bill’s will determine in its discretion as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding Prizes.
  7. The Video Game will be available to play online via the Bill's website or Bill's social media from 23/10/2023, and via the QR codes found in-site at the participating Bill's restaurants from 15/11/2023 until 30/12/2023. QR codes will not be usable to entrants before the start date or after the closing date.
  8. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms or if your conduct is contrary to the spirt or intention of the Promotion.
  9. Bill's Christmas Video Game Privacy Policy
In connection with these Terms, Bill's will use your personal data as set out in our Bill's Christmas Video Game Privacy Policy (available here) Our Bill's Christmas Video Game Privacy Policy sets out our information practices including how we collect, use and share your personal information. It also sets out rights that you have with respect to your own personal information.
  1. How to enter, redeem the offer and play the Video Game
  2. You can access and play the Video Game and participate in the Promotion by:
    • Scanning the QR code available throughout the Bill's restaurants nationwide;
    • via Bill's social media; or
    • via Bill's website.
  3. If you play the Video Game, and opt in to receive marketing materials, you will receive the newsletter which will include the BOGOF Offer and will be sent on the [dd/mm/yyyy] to all eligible entrants (“BOGOF Newsletter”).
  4. Once you have gained access to the Video Game, you can play the Video Game for the chance to enter the grand prize draw.
  5. To play the Video Game, you must click on the START GAME button which appear on screen. The aim is to help Santa collect presents, making sure to avoid the Brussel sprouts. If participants score over 2,500 points, they will be entered into the grand prize draw for a chance to win the Prize. If participants are playing on a desktop, they can make Santa jump by clicking on the game canvas. If participants are playing on a smartphone, they can tap the screen to make Santa jump. The game will begin once you click PLAY.
  6. There are two words below that entrants need to be aware of, which will determine the following outcomes:
    • YAY! This means the entrant has participated in the game and scored the required 2,500 points and can enter the grand prize draw to win the Prize as detailed below.
    • GAME OVER. This means the entrant has participated in the game but has not scored the required 2,500 points. However, entrants can play again for the chance to enter the grand prize draw, subject to the below.
  1. Restrictions on participation in the Video Game and grand prize draw
  1. Entrants can play the Video Game an unlimited amount of times once they have clicked to start the game.
  2. Bill's reserves the right to restrict an entrant's right to enter the grand prize draw, which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct, unauthorised or inappropriate use.
  3. There are no proof of purchase requirements.
  4. Entrants who score the required 2,500 points are required to provide a valid email address when they enter the grand prize draw to win the Prize.
  5. Entrants can play the game several times for a chance to enter the grand prize draw. However, participants are only entitled to enter the grand prize draw once (1) per email address. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from the grand prize draw participants.
  6. BOGOF Offer Terms
  7. The BOGOF Offer is a gift, not a prize.
  8. Entrants are required to provide a valid email address in order to receive the BOGOF Newsletter and opt in to receiving marketing material.
  9. Only one BOGOF Newsletter will be sent to each eligible participant's email address.
  10. If entrant opts out of marketing material, they will not receive a BOGOF Offer

  14. Holiday Voucher Prize Terms
  15. If you have won the Prize, you will receive an email with the Prize details, sent to the email address used to enter the Video Game.
  16. The Prize must be redeemed by 31/12/2028.
  17. The winner of the Prize will need to provide their contact details to Bill’s. Bill’s marketing team will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner to provide them with the Prize. Bill’s are not responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.
  18. The winner will receive a "you have won" email to their email address which they signed up with. We will not contact the winner through any other channel
  19. The winner will be provided with details on how to use the Prize.
  20. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all entry, visa and passport requirements are fulfilled.
  21. Bill’s is based in the UK and Prize will be provided in accordance with UK laws and regulations.
  22. It is intended that the Prize will be provided through responsibletravel.com Ltd (terms and conditions can be found here) and if this is not possible, the voucher will be for a UK-based travel company or airline. Entrants from outside the UK agree that Bill’s and any provider of the Prize will not be liable or responsible for any extra costs or issues incurred by the entrant not being a resident of the UK. This includes (without limitation), any taxes, any additional travel costs, any visa charges, or any forex costs.
  23. The Prize will be subject to any applicable terms and conditions, including any expiration date, booking conditions or limitations on use, set by the provider of the Prize, which will be a travel company or airline.
  24. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, strike or industrial action, disaster or any other circumstance beyond Bill’s control, Bill’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time and without notice. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to UK Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of Bill’s control that prevent the implementation of the prize.
  25. All entrants agree to only use the Video Game and the service, or any part of them, in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and you shall not:
    1. use, develop, advertise, trade, and/or distribute unauthorised programmes, including but not limited to, any programmes that intercept communication between a game and a game server;
    2. any unauthorised third party programmes or hardware devices that may affect the Video Game or normal game play, including but not limited to, mouse, hacks, cheats, helpers, bots, scripts, trainers, automatic programs, automatic mouse, mouse with macro function, programmes that collect or modify game data by reading the game memory;
  • disrespect or use offensive words, symbols, or other communication (determined by context and i Bill's sole discretion) towards others, including based on their race, gender, nationality or otherwise; and
  1. create offensive nicknames or those that may provoke negative imagery.
  2. General
  1. Bill’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if necessary.
  2. All details provided by you will be held by Bill’s and used in accordance with these Terms and the Bill's Christmas Video Game Privacy Policy.
  3. Bill’s and any providers of the Prize and any associated third parties accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the winners’ enjoyment of the Prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
  4. The winner of any Prize may be requested (but shall not be obliged) to take part in post event publicity. Should any winner object to their name and county/town of residence being announced or made available upon request by Bill’s, they should contact Bill’s to inform us of the same. Bill’s will not announce or make available the personal information of any winners who have objected. Bill’s may, however, need to provide such data for any lawful or regulatory purposes to a regulator.
  5. The Prize must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize.
  6. If a Prize is not claimed by the expiry date(s) stated, the Prize will be forfeited.
  7. These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Rushden Lakes Domes

  1. Available November 15th 2023 –  March 10th 2024.
  2. Bookings are allocated for the following amount of time – Breakfast 1 hour, lunch 1.5 hours. Dinner 2 hours. This is from the booking time.
  3. All Dome bookings require a credit card to confirm. A booking is not confirmed until these details have been added. We do not take deposits, however, if you fail to show to your reservation or fail to notify us of cancellation at least 72 hours before your booking, we could be liable to charge up to £10 per person cancellation fee.
  4. Dogs are not permitted in our domes – please note that they are welcome in our outside areas and other tables.
  5. Prams and pushchairs cannot be accommodated within due to size restrictions. High chairs can be used but do count as a one of your seated guests.
  6. Domes will be in use weather permitting. If your dome booking cannot be fulfilled, we will DO OUR BEST to accommodate you inside.
  7. Maximim capacity of a single dome is 4 guests.

Bookings
