Absolutely. One delicious stack, no need to order a drink if you don’t fancy it.

£5 for your first stack, and just grab any drink to go bottomless. Simple as that.

Can I still go bottomless on pancakes?

Yes! To unlock bottomless pancakes, all you need to do is purchase *any* drink. Coffee, juice, tea, even a cheeky mimosa… Your call!

How does delivery work? 

Head to the Deliveroo website or download the app, enter your home address & it will show if there is a Bill’s nearby available for you to order from. Place your order through Deliveroo & watch for live updates, once the food arrives tuck in and enjoy!

Does Bill’s do delivery? 

We are excited to announce that Bill’s is available for delivery through our exclusive partners Deliveroo! We still prepare the food hot & fresh to order but they take care of the payment & delivery for us!

Can I use my Bluelight/Student Beans discount on Deliveroo when ordering from Bill’s? 

Unfortunately, you cannot use your Bluelight or Student Beans discount when ordering from Deliveroo. However, these will help get you a Plus subscription with benefits such as free delivery. We will be running specific offers on Deliveroo across the year for plus members.

Can I use my Bill’s gift voucher on Deliveroo? 

Unfortunately, you are unable to use your Bill’s gift voucher towards a Deliveroo order. Only Deliveroo credits can be applied to a Deliveroo order.

Are there any offers on Deliveroo?

My local Bill’s is not showing available for delivery.

Due to Deliveroo’s system of working with catchment areas, unfortunately it may be that your address falls outside this catchment for delivery availability. Deliveroo is unavailable at our Clarks Village, Street branch.

How can I cancel my Deliveroo order? 

Should you wish to cancel an order you will need to speak to Deliveroo to do this.

Can you cater for allergies on Deliveroo?

Yes, Bill’s is a cash-free restaurant. We know that this might take a little getting used to, but we think this will become the norm in the future and we believe that going cash free is better for our guests and staff. Here’s why…

 In short, going cash-free brings additional benefits to your whole restaurant experience including faster payments and better service for starters… It also allows our staff to say goodbye to the often-time-consuming tasks that come with handling cash at the end of the day, so they can spend more time doing what they love, which is focusing on our guests!

Your online booking system shows that you’re fully-booked at my desired time is there a waiting list?

When the computer says no, don’t despair. We always keep a few tables in our back pocket for walk-ins. And there’s always the chance that there’ll be a cancellation (more fool them). So if you can be flexible with time, it’s always worth popping by and we’ll do everything we can to get you in.
