Yes. All our menus clearly outline which dishes our vegetarian, avoiding gluten or vegan. You can also filter the menu of your chosen restaurant to identify these dishes easily.

Although our booking system shows that we are fully booked, we always keep a few tables free for walk-ins. If you can be flexible on the time you eat it is always worth popping by and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we offer a student discount to verified students with a valid student i.d. This offer is 20% off food only Sunday to Thursday and is not valid with any other offer or any set menu. Please note that as standard, the student discount is not valid on Fridays or Saturdays and the student discount is not valid on Bank Holidays or from 17th Dec 2018 to the 1st Jan 2019 inclusive at Bill’s restaurants.
We have recently had some operational issues with our Bill’s App which have been outside of our control. Although we have worked hard to resolve these issues, we feel it is best to discontinue the app while we consider what is best for you - our loyal customers - and for Bill’s. Rest assured, we intend to relaunch a bigger and better Bill’s loyalty scheme at a future date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Yes, you can still use your VIP rewards, earn money in your Bank of Bill’s and continue to spend the balance in you’re Bank of Bill’s until the 4th December.
The Bill’s App will no longer be available to customers, all Bill’s App customers will be sent e-vouchers to the nominal value of the exact balance in their Bank of Bill’s at the time that we deactivate the app completely.
With the Bill’s app, you earn money in your Bank of Bill’s on every visit, you can get a free VIP reward when you visit and you are a VIP customer, you can split the bill with friends, you can pay your bill at the table, and if you don't have time to eat-in, you can use the app to order Click & Collect.
After you have registered your details, log in to the Bill’s app and click the ‘Check In & Pay’ button on the home screen to generate a 4-digit app code. Give your server your app code and order as usual with your server. You can pay whenever you’re ready, chose to pay by card, PayPal or use money in your Bank of Bill’s.
We reward our customers with £1 for every £15 spent via the app. When you earn £5 in your Bank of Bill’s you become a VIP customer for 6 months. This means you can redeem 1 VIP reward every time you visit Bill’s with a minimum spend of £15. You can use your Bank of Bill’s balance at any time to pay towards your bill.
Go to the Bill’s app home screen and click on the Bill’s with Benefits banner button that says Click Here – this will take you to your Bank of Bill’s balance page.
Go to your Bank of Bill’s balance page. You can redeem the balance in your Bank of Bill’s by clicking on the trophy button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This is possible to see only when the table is open - click on Balance and then click on redeem my balance now.
No, you order all items through your server who puts the order through the till.
Nothing. The server will just close your table with the other payment method on their Point-of-Sale system.
Of course, to split the bill, you click on ‘Add A Friend’ in the app and enter the 4-digit code your friend has generated by checking-in at the same restaurant. When it comes to pay you can select the items you want to pay for or split the bill evenly amongst the number of active Bill’s app users on the table. If you split the bill by item the team leader (the person that split the bill initially) will be charged the service charge.
Yes, just let your server know and they can organise this through the POS.
Of course. The “I” (information) icon will indicate for you to ask your server to remove the service charge from your bill. The server will do so on the till system which will be reflected in your app.
Yes, the maximum spend through the Bill’s app is £500 in one transaction.
We hope this doesn’t happen often. After 3 hours of inactivity or at closing time, your account will automatically be charged and you will receive an electronic receipt.
Bill’s cannot add a customer’s receipt to their Bill’s app account if they did not use the app when they visited the restaurant.
Yes, you will automatically get an email receipt once the transaction has gone through. Your payment history can also be viewed in the Bill’s app. If you go to Profile and click on History & Stats, you will see your entire transaction history.
Yes, you can store multiple credit cards, or you’re PayPal account. Simply choose the one you’d like to use for each transaction. You will also be able to set one account as the default payment method.

Yes. Our payment partner MyCheck is PCI DSS compliant, which means we meet the industry’s highest standards for the protection of consumer information.
The credit card information is stored on our payment partner MyCheck’s PCI compliant secure servers. The credit card information is never shared with or transferred to any merchant.
