Is Bill’s Cashless?

Yes, Bill’s is now a cash-free restaurant. We know that this might take a little getting used to, but we think this will become the norm in the future and we believe that going cash free is better for our guests and staff. Here’s why…

 In short, going cash-free brings additional benefits to your whole restaurant experience including faster payments and better service for starters… It also allows our staff to say goodbye to the often-time-consuming tasks that come with handling cash at the end of the day, so they can spend more time doing what they love, which is focusing on our guests!

We understand that this is a big change if you regularly pay in cash when dining with us, so we want to thank you in advance for adapting to this change. As ever, our guests and staff remain a priority for us, and always will.

We currently take payments through contactless, debit card, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and through The Bill’s Gift Card.

Can I make a booking?

We’d love nothing more. Just click the Book a Table tab on the right hand side of any page follow the instructions and hey presto! We can’t wait to see you soon.

Your online booking system shows that you’re fully-booked at my desired time is there a waiting list?

When the computer says no, don’t despair. We always keep a few tables in our back pocket for walk-ins. And there’s always the chance that there’ll be a cancellation (more fool them). So if you can be flexible with time, it’s always worth popping by and we’ll do everything we can to get you in.

Can I book a table outside?

Outdoor tables are not pre-bookable but the restaurant team will always do their best to accommodate any guest requests where possible.

Where is my confirmation email for my reservation?

We always send a booking confirmation when you book online, however sometimes those pesky spam/junk filters get in our way, so please check your junk folder. And if it still doesn’t appear, then please reach out to us on Live Chat.

Is Bill’s wheelchair accessible and do you have accessible toilets?

Is Bill’s child friendly?

Absolutely. Little ones are welcome anytime at Bill’s. Our kid’s menu has been specially designed for under 10s, consisting of classic dishes to keep them happy, made with fresh ingredients to keep you happy. We also have highchairs, colouring sets and as many napkins as you need. To check if we have baby changing facilities at your local Bill’s, check here.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, four-legged friends are welcome on three conditions: They’re well behaved, friendly and are happy to sit on the floor (trust us, some are not). Dogs MUST be kept on a lead and always close to you and your table. The restaurants can get very busy, so please be aware of other guests and children who may not be aware of your dog.

Of course we allow all Guide dogs and certified emotional support dogs, too.

Do you offer a student discount?

Yes, how does 20% off your total bill sound? Just sign up to UNiDAYS and enjoy your discount all day, Sunday – Friday.

Do you offer an NHS discount?

If anyone deserves a discount, our NHS does. We offer an exclusive 20% discount off your total bill, all week long, through Blue Light.

Am I allowed to bring my own cake or decorations with me to the restaurant?

Yes. Never let it be said that Bill’s are party poopers. Just let the team know on arrival and give them your cake.
All we ask is that you kindly keep decorations or balloons to a minimum, so we can avoid disturbing our guests who are enjoying slightly quieter affairs around you.

What time does your breakfast menu finish?

The early bird catches the Bill’s breakfast. Our breakfast menu is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 11:30am, but we offer brunch items until 5pm.

More of a weekend bruncher? Catch our Bill’s Weekend Brunch, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays until 5pm.

Do you have an allergen guide?

Absolutely. We do our best to minimise cross-contamination, but our ingredients are manufactured and our dishes are prepared in environments where allergens are present. That’s why we can’t guarantee that anything on our menu is 100% allergen free, sorry. Check out our menus here.

Does Bill’s cater for people with specific dietary requirements?

Gluten-free, dairy-free, meat-free… doesn’t mean flavour-free! We are always happy to accommodate for any special dietary requirements where we can. Just let us know in advance or have a chat with us when you arrive.

Do you serve pancakes in the week?

Wow, you really like pancakes to be checking this in our FAQs. The good news is yes! We serve our fluffy
pancakes all day, every day until 5pm. You’re welcome.

We even have a brand new pancake offer available everyday –  bottomless pancakes
for only £7.50. Add unlimited hot drinks for £3.50* or go boozy with bottomless prosecco from
£16.50*. Pancake yay!

Do you serve Afternoon Tea?

We don’t serve Afternoon Tea but we do offer afternoon cakes, scones and a variety of doughnuts, every
day from 11.30am. Pretty much the same thing, right? You’ll find these tasty treats on our dessert menu
every day of the week from £4.95.

Do you offer a set menu?

At Bill’s we have become well known for our seasonally changing set menu, you can choose two or three courses, and we have extended availability so you can now pick from the set menu on Friday afternoon, as well as afternoon and dinner Monday to Thursday. (Not available on Bank Holidays).

How do I make a large Group Booking?

The more the merrier, that’s what we say. Whether your occasion calls for a large table or a private room, most of our restaurants are party ready.
