Bill’s isn’t just a name above the door. He’s an actual
guy! An actual guy that founded the first ever Bill’s
in Lewes, all the way back in 2001. It started as a
greengrocer stall, but once Bill started to transform his
fresh produce into tasty bites, the rest is history.
There might be a few more Bill’ses (Bill’s’s, Billies,
Billi?) about now, but our core ethos has never changed:
fresh, colourful food served in our signature eclectic style.
