You really can’t beat a bit of festive fizz. Whether it be a Christmas party or if you just feel like something a bit different on Christmas day, more and more of us are now swapping the standard wine for something slightly more fancy.
Cocktails are great fun to make at home but they can become quite pricey when you have to start buying lots of different spirits and ingredients. This is why we want to share our favourite Christmas cocktail recipe with you… It’s simple, it’s delicious, and it’s full of festive fizz!
The Sloe Royale
Ingredients (per serving):
- 25ml Sloe Gin
- 125ml chilled Champagne or Prosecco
- Measure out 25ml of Sloe Gin and pour into a Champagne flute.
- Top up with 125ml of either chilled Champagne or Prosecco.
- Using a bar stirrer (or teaspoon), give it one quick stir to mix the two together.
Top with a frozen blackberry if you are feeling particularly fancy and enjoy!
