We’ve launched our newly revamped autumn menu which is now live across our collection of restaurants.
The new autumn menu has a strong focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes. Highlights from the new menu include Jackfruit Salad Bowl with spicy smoked chilli sauce with mixed grains and rice, edamame beans, red cabbage, toasted cashew nuts, lettuce with a mint and lime yoghurt or enjoy a Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto with baby spinach and courgette, topped with shredded fennel salad and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Make sure you leave room for the autumnal Spiced Pear and Raspberry Eton Mess! There is also a range of cocktails also being added to the menu, including a Sparkling Blackberry Negroni and Hazelnut and Coffee Old Fashioned.
Key features of the new menu include daily changing dinner specials, as well as healthy and indulgent dishes including Bill’s Fish Pie, Duck Pie, Bill’s Hamburger and Glow Bowl. All dishes are fresh and seasonal and there will be menu changes across the year to reflect this.
The menu has always had a strong emphasis on vegetarian food and fresh produce which stems from our Founder Bill Collison’s days as a greengrocer and the basis of the first restaurant in Lewes. As well as reacting to the current market trend for more plant-based dishes, we are really proud that nearly 50 percent of their dishes on the new menu are vegan or vegetarian.
