Veganuary at Bill’s

This January we're excited to introduce our new Vegan Set Menu. Enjoy 2 courses from 11.95 or treat yourself to 3 courses for 14.95*. 

It's perfect for those taking part in Veganuary (a month long vegan challenge), commited vegans or anyone keen to try something new in 2019! 

Start with our Vegan Duck Salad, made with seitan (a high protein, vegan meat alternative) with chilli, coriander, spring onion, cucumber, carrots, cabbage and baby gem tossed in a miso dressing with sesame seeds and lime. 

 

For the main event choose from our warming Butternut Squash, Turmeric and Coconut Stew or our new fiery, Aubergine, Lentil and Chickpea Dhal - both guaranteed to chase away any winter blues!

 

For dessert a refreshing Coconut Ice Cream is served with mango sauce and coconut flakes. 

 

Our Vegan Set Menu is served Monday - Friday from midday until 7pm, pop in and try it out and don't forget to let us know what you think on our social media channels! 

From 10th January we will be introducing several exciting new vegan specials, plus don't forget our existing vegan favourites - the Bill's Wellington made with carrot, mushroom and cashew nuts was a big hit in 2018. Bill's has plenty of plant-based options to keep you well fed this month!
