Back by popular demand, we are excited to introduce our 2020 Veganuary menu! Where possible we always aim to make vegetables the star of the show when creating our dishes, so being able to highlight our lovely vegan and vegetarian food this January is a real pleasure. Whether you’re following a plant-based diet or are just looking to try something new, I hope you enjoy trying some of our delicious new vegan dishes on Veganuary menu which is available until 31st January.
Start with one of our favourites - Miso Aubergine Fritters, served with a smoked chilli and soy dip and topped with sesame seeds. This one is new to the menu and a limited edition available during January only so get yours quickly!
As well as our vegan mains on our a la carte menu, we have also added a Mushroom and Tarragon Suet Pudding with roasted mushrooms, parsley and white bean cassoulet is the perfect seasonal dish for these chilly days. Or if you’re after something a little lighter after the festive period, our old favourite, the Spiced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Falafel Bowl will hit the spot perfectly.
Plus, don’t forget, we’ve added a brand new vegan breakfast to this menu as well, available until 11.30am.
Of course, we’ve saved the best for last – order any main course from the Veganuary menu and enjoy a vegan dessert for £5! For a truly decadent choice, we’ve created a vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding, drizzled with syrup, icing sugar and hazelnut crumb, and served with a scoop of coconut ice cream – it's irresistible! Or try our Amaretto Parfait which is also a delicious vegan treat.
