I love a glass of Mulled Wine but sometimes it is nice to have something a bit different on a cold festive evening. This year I am really enjoying our Warm Gin Punch, which it would seem many of you have also enjoyed this year, in our restaurants. If you fancy whipping up a glass at home then here is the recipe. Ingredients per serve:
Pour all of the liquid ingredients into a jug or pan and heat gently on at a low temperature, stirring whilst it gets hot and frothy. Once at the right temperature, pour into a latte glass and add the sprig of rosemary upside-down and the star anise.
It is as simple as that! Enjoy.
