Summer is here and we've been busy in the kitchen creating some delicous new dishes for you to try.
Here's what's new for Summer 2019!
For starters, try our new Crispy Feta and Watermelon Salad, served with our own Bill's dressing & Niçoise olives, green chilli, red onion & mint. It's super refreshing. Or maybe the Rosemary, Pea Hummus and Garlic Sourdough sounds more up your street. Served with shaved raw rainbow carrots, courgette & fennel, topped with mixed seeds, it's vegan too!
Time for the main event, we have plenty of new dishes for you to taste whether you're vegan, vegetarian or a fully-fledged meat eater. Spice lovers seriously need to try the Paprika, Garlic & Chilli Roasted Half Chicken, served with fries and spicy mayo. While the Crab & Courgette Risotto is a delicous option for seafood fans.
The Kale, Chickpea and Miso Hummus Salad is a a delicious lighter option for dinner. Topped with edamame, asparagus, watermelon, pickled red onions, green chilli & toasted pistachios with an onion, parsley & lemon dressing, this dish is also vegan.
An English summer favourite with a twist, make sure you leave a little room for our Mango and Passion Fruit Eton Mess, chewy meringue folded with mango and cream then topped with passion fruit. This might well be our new favourite summer pudding.
Our famous mini-doughnuts have had a summer makeover. Dusted with strawberry sugar & served with fresh strawberries and warm white chocolate sauce, these are perfect for sharing, or not!
